Originals

  • All sales of original artworks are final.

  • Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, originals cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If an original arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim.

Reprints

  • Reprints may be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital products, or special custom commissions cannot be returned or refunded.
