Shipping Within the United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: All artwork orders include free shipping within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for special shipping requests.

  • If available: International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packaging & Handling

  • Originals: Shipped securely with protective wrapping to preserve the artwork. Some originals may be shipped flat, while others are carefully rolled, depending on size and medium.

  • Reprints: Packaged with care to prevent bending or creasing during transit.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs.

  • If your package appears lost or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@itechnology.business so we can assist in filing a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
